I will release the update that I have been testing or 4.1. This will have reliable pushes again but will not have the message text. Hopefully 4.2 will have reliable pushes with the message content in iOS 13.
iOS 13 and pushes
I can’t figure out what’s going on with ios13 and pushes. It’s highly inconsistent and doesn’t match documentation. There is a new beta for 4.1 available that is using a new push server. The pushes are generic “new message” indicators but are 100% reliable. I will improve it
